Purchasing Assistant What you'll be doing
* Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders. Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and process orders.
* Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Maintain organized purchasing records and supplier documentation.
* Compare supplier prices to identify cost-effective options.
* Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer needs.
* Handle supplier evaluations and update supplier files regularly.
