Sales & Qa Manager

(Candidates which can start middle of Dec24 preferred)
Requirements:
35-45 years old
Must have 5 years above experience in Sales & Quality Assurance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English & Malay is required.
Knowledge of the bicycle products & painting house in the sector will be an asset.
Job Types:Full-time: Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
Salary Range:
RM7,000 to RM10,000 per month
