Sales & Qa Manager

(Candidates who can start in the middle of Dec 2024 preferred)
Requirements:
35-45 years old
Must have over 5 years of experience in Sales & Quality Assurance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and handle outgoing quality issues
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in speaking and writing English & Malay is required
Knowledge of bicycle products & painting in the sector will be an asset
Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8 am - 5:30 pm)
Salary Range:
RM7,000 to RM10,000 per month
