Merchandising Execution;**- Ensure that products are properly price, labelled and have the correct promotional materials.- Ensure that merchandiser team implement merchandising plan and guidelines provided by the sales team.- Ensure that all product displays on shelves, racks, or other designated areas to maximize visibility and appeal.**2.** **Inventory Management;**- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with store managers or inventory controllers to replenish as needed.- Conduct regular stock checks and report on inventory levels potential stock outs, or overstock situations.**3.** **Planogram Compliance;**- Adhere to planograms and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency in product placement across all stores- Make adjustment to displays as necessary to accommodate changes in product assortments or promotions**4. Sales Promotion;**- Collaborated with Trade and also marketing team to execute in-store promotions, special displays, and seasonal campaigns- Create eye-catching displays to promote specific products and increase customer interest and engagement**5. Market Analysis;**- Observe customer preferences, buying patterns, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement- Gather feedback from store managers and customers regarding product performance and consumer preferences**6. Relationship Building**:- Build and maintain positive relationship with store managers, staff and buyers to ensure cooperation and support for merchandising initiatives and to ensure orders and stock availability on the shelve is consistent- Provide training and support to store personnel on product knowledge and merchandising best practices**7. Reporting;**- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product movement and inventory levels.**8.
