About the roleAs a Sales Representative with Cas Medix Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth within Sarawak.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, continue building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Proactively prospecting and generating leads to expand the client base
Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities
Providing product demonstrations and educating clients on the features and benefits
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
Accurately recording and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments
What we're looking for
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the medical/healthcare industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
Highly organised and able to manage a pipeline of opportunities effectively
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to exceed sales targets
Able to travel outstation on short notice.
