The Role
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging trends in the brick and construction industry
Collect and analyze data on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Assist in creating surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to gather relevant information from target audiences
Assist in monitoring industry news, publications, and online forums to stay updated on industry developments and competitor strategies
Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials based on market insights
Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing data, maintaining databases, and preparing presentations
Providing regular updates to senior consultants on project status, risks, and opportunities
Supporting the maintenance of relationships with key client contacts to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or any related field is preferred.
A Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials, or related industries.
Familiarity with bricks and other construction materials is essential to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs and priorities
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
