Responsibilities:
Conduct sales activities including attending to existing customers, sourcing new customers, promoting company products, and monitoring customer accounts.
Understand customers' needs to propose suitable products and provide after-sales service.
Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to solicit orders.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep track of clients' payment terms and perform collections accordingly before stipulated due date.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
Required skills: MS Word & Excel.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field and familiarity with sales-retail/general (e.g., chipboard, plywood, and other timber products) and hardware (industrial, household, and general hardware).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Semambu, Kuantan, Pahang.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
