Responsible to ensure direct Key Account (LKA & key Customers) achieving sales target & in store execution. Support MT IKA trade execution in store level. Deliver against sales targets and manage point of sales execution in given stores. Support ASM in team management duties.
ResponsibilitiesManage Local Key Account Customers
To ensure execution of LKA business strategy & plan, achieving IMS as per AOP
Assist distributor seller in managing LKA business, including quarterly business plan, route plan & call frequency, pricing & promotion negotiation, NPD listing & TTA negotiation
Supports IKA Outlets Execution at Store Level
Propose sales orders for selective IKA customers at the store level - Econsave
Monthly Store Visit to IKA outlets
Support Sales Operations Manager for special projects
Physical Market Mapping (exploring new distribution/outlets)
QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales
Experience in General Trade
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of English, additional local dialect will be added advantage
