We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative/Executive (Cosmetic/Personal Care/Home Care) to join our team and serve our southern customers in Johor, Singapore, etc.

Technical Training provided Annual leave Medical Claim Contractual Bonus & Performance Bonus Staff Medical Insurance Career development and opportunities to travel overseas Job Responsibilities: Actively prospect new customers to develop an interest in purchasing cosmetic/personal care raw materials Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (B2B), ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Proactively develop and identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers to achieve monthly sales KPI Conduct frequent customer visits, deliver product presentations, and make suitable suggestions to customers.
Provide regular reports on the project pipelines opportunities, sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management Ensure customer orders are properly processed following company procedures, monitor customer stock movement, and forecast customer order requirements.
Assist the finance team for late collections Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a min.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/ Science/ Bio-Technology, or equivalent Min.
2 -3 years' experience in Personal Care and cosmetics as a raw materials sales or R&D chemist.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
It's an added advantage if you can speak in Mandarin.
Able to work independently and be a strong team player.
Good communication skills and be ability to interact effectively at all levels Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, good negotiation, interpersonal, and solution-oriented skills.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Travel within Malaysia/Singapore is required
