Technical Training providedAnnualleaveMedicalClaimContractual Bonus & PerformanceBonusStaff MedicalInsuranceCareer development and opportunitiesto travel overseasJob Responsibilities: Actively prospect new customers todevelop an interest in purchasing cosmetic/personal care rawmaterials Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients (B2B), ensuring customersatisfaction andretention.Proactively develop and identifynew business opportunities with existing and new customers toachieve monthly salesKPI Conduct frequent customer visits,deliver product presentations, and make suitable suggestions tocustomers.Provide regular reports on theproject pipelines opportunities, sales performance, market trends,and competitor activities to themanagementEnsure customer orders are properlyprocessed following company procedures, monitor customer stockmovement, and forecast customer orderrequirements.Assist the finance team for latecollections Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a min. Bachelor's Degree inChemistry/ Science/ Bio-Technology,or equivalentMin. 2 -3years' experience in Personal Care and cosmetics asa raw materials sales or R&D chemist.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.It's an added advantage if you can speak inMandarin.Able to work independently and be astrong team player.Good communication skills and be ability to interact effectively at all levelsSelf-motivated, proactive, resourceful,good negotiation, interpersonal, and solution-orientedskills.Participate in training programsand workshops to enhance sales skills and productknowledge.Travel within Malaysia/Singapore isrequired
