Job DescriptionHandle a minimum of 3 outlets with gross sales of RM30,000 and above, to support day to day operations & business.
Replenish out of stock items on display and ensure all items are neat and in order. Ordering for new arrivals and replenishment is required.
Ensure cleanliness, merchandise display, stock availability, promotion displays, customer service, and smooth collaboration with the person in charge (PIC) of the outlets.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Communicate clearly about products and services.
Plan a monthly schedule with the Sales Executive and report on weekly off days to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct a monthly stock take and submit the report before the deadline.
Submit the Monthly Sales Report (MSR) before the 20th of each month and ensure its accuracy.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Executive and Manager.
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
Punctual and committed to responsibilities.
Passionate about fashion and accessories.
Possessing own transport is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Age 18 years old and above.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Pleasant and responsible personality, good interpersonal skills preferred.
