Sales Section Head

Communicate effectively with the Management, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met.
Execute the current marketing plan and close sales with prospective clients.
Develop actions and ideas to improve sales performance and identify new opportunities for the company.
Develop good and positive relationships with our existing clients for referrals.
Act as the point of contact and handle our customer needs.
Report weekly/monthly sales activities to the management.
Prepare and submit monthly sales information and sales reports.
Achieve sales targets by servicing the existing customer base and approaching potential customers.
Follow up on work progress, after-sales service, and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Prepare sales proposals and participate in selected exhibition events as instructed.
Investigate and report all customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in a related industry.
Familiarity with SAP/ERP System.
Preferable someone with experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g., PCB, ODM, OEM, or EMS).
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Well-versed in Mandarin and English communication.
Able to undergo training in China for at least 3 months (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket, and Work Visa Application provided).#J-18808-Ljbffr
