Responsibilities: Promote existing and new products, including automated optical inspection (AOI) machines and other machine vision solutions to potential clients. Conduct market survey research and gather feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive situations. Address sales inquiries and propose solutions that align with customer requirements and expectations. Generate sales forecasts for management review. Manage and coordinate projects by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. Regularly assist and follow up with overseas distributors on sales-related activities. Coordinate business generation activities and build relationships with current and potential clients. Organize, coordinate, and oversee exhibitions and promotional events. Develop and implement productive marketing strategies for existing and new market segments. Guide and monitor team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed effectively. Identify and set the annual department roadmap and project goals. Job Requirements: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering or a related field. Preferably with technical sales experience in the machine vision industry or capital equipment sales experience in the semiconductor industry. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Strong communication skills and executive presence. Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Possess own transport. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Willing to travel locally and internationally.
