Job Type: Full time Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday). 8:30am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday) Reports To: General Manager & Sales Manager The Sales Senior Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including identifying business opportunities, managing accounts, negotiating contract and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business.Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and manage customer expectations.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.Sales Forecasting and ReportingPrepare and present sales forecasts, track and report on key performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.Analyze sales data and market trends to improve sales tactics.Negotiation and ClosingNegotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals that meet revenue goals.Ensure all contractual agreements are complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies.Address client concerns and objections to drive positive outcomes and closure.Collaboration and TeamworkWork closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance product offerings and resolve client issues.Provide training and support to junior sales team members to help them meet performance expectations.Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the [relevant industry].Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, track market trends, and adapt to changing environments.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
