Sales Senior Executive / Section Manager

Responsibilities:Analyses market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address arising issues promptly.
Close coordination with Production Planning to ensure build plan is executed promptly to support supply commit plan.
Collaborate and negotiate with planning, production, and QA teams to ensure orders are produced to the required specifications on time.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Minimum Requirements:At least 6-8 years of working experience in the electronics industry with experience in planning and customer service.
Experience in dealing with external customers.
Proven experience as a Sales Senior Executive / Section Head or similar role in Manufacturing Industry, preferably in Electronics Industries.
Excellent leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
Good understanding and awareness of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and RBA Compliances.
Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
This role ensures that customer expectations are met or exceeded, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Additionally, this role involves identifying opportunities for service improvements, resolving issues efficiently, and providing valuable feedback to internal teams to enhance overall customer experience.
