-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the heavy construction equipment - Excavator.
-Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment parts industry
-Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
