Job Description1. Business Development
Identify and target potential clients in the Road machinery Industry to expand market share.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Road machinery Industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
Stay updated on the company's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of Road Machinery Industry.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the heavy construction equipment - Road Machinery.
Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment parts industry.
Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Road Machinery Market and industry-specific dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers or attend industry events.
Valid driver's license.
