Sales & Service Engineer

JobResponsibilities: Sales Activities Identify potential customers & generateleads.Develop and maintain relationships withclients, understanding their needs and proposing technicalsolutions.Collaborate with the sales team tocreate sales strategies and achieve salestargets.Negotiate contracts, terms, andconditions with clients.Deliver technical& service presentations to clients.Technical Support Provide technical support and advice tocustomers before and after sales.Activelyparticipate in tender process i.e. tender document submission,technical clarification, commercial clarification,etc.Troubleshoot simple technical issues andprovide prompt resolutions to ensure customersatisfaction.Collaborate with the technicalteam to address complex customer inquiries orproblems.Gather customer feedback andcommunicate insights to the relevant departments for product andservice improvement.Documentation &Reporting Reports tothe Unit Manager-Business Development.Supportstender documentation work whenrequired.Maintain accurate records of sales,customer interactions, and transactions through company'ssystems.Prepare regular reports on salesactivities, market trends, and customerfeedback. JobRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical,Environmental, Mechanical).Possess goodcommunication skill and interpersonalskill.Adaptability to changing priorities anda fast-paced work environment.Attention todetail and strong organizationalskills.Problem-solving abilities and acustomer-oriented approach.Possess own car andwilling to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, ortechnical support.Fresh graduates/ New entriesand candidates with 1 to 2 years are welcome toapplyWorking experience in industrial productsales (pumps, instrumentation, chemical, etc.) would be anadvantage.
