As a full-time Sales & Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service for our wide range of technology rental solutions.
What you'll be doing Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate rental solutionsProvide knowledgeable and helpful technical support to customers, ensuring a seamless rental experienceMaintain and repair rental equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfactionManage inventory and logistics to ensure timely delivery and collection of rental itemsContribute to the development of sales strategies and process improvementsCollaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service and supportWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Sales & Service Technician, preferably within the technology or equipment rental industryStrong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of electronic testing equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and team membersDemonstrated sales and customer service experience, with the ability to identify and meet customer needsOrganised and detail-oriented approach to inventory management and logistical planningWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategiesWhat we offer
