Sales Specialist, After Sales

Responsibilities:Promote Cat Product Support Services to equipment owners.
Plan customer calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (required calls per year).
Foster good customer relations and assist customers on Cat equipment maintenance.
Coordinate on service quotations and repairs with the service department.
Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situations.
Assist in collections for payment.
Maintain all normal and doubtful accounts within 30 credit days.
Recommend legal action for delinquent customers and closing accounts that are no longer active.
Submit commission claims and relevant reports timely for processing.
