Job DescriptionA focused strategic selling role, identifying and driving qualified opportunities to the closure of enterprise contracts, to achieve revenue, profit margin, market share growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
To grow the business through new acquisitions, win-back of competitor accounts, and expanding customer expenditure through upselling of services. Suite of services include cyber security solutions, managed security services and consulting professional services.
To foster and establish good rapport with customer contacts at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
To work with internal stakeholders to propose relevant and cost-effective solutions to customers.
To understand and identify customers' evolving cyber needs through regular engagement.
To identify business opportunities and synergy with customers in possible areas of cooperation.
To ensure support or tasks requested by Head of Sales/Team Lead is done timely and effectively.
To ensure customers' pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to, documented and archived.
To work closely with internal teams to execute account plans, product GTM initiatives and sales strategies, and to build a long-term strategic relationship with customers.
Job RequirementsA degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in various industries with an excellent sales track record.
Relevant experience in cyber security sales would be an advantage.
Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful and creative and possess good leadership.
Must be proactive and have a sense of ownership.
Able to project strong, positive image of self and company.
Able to build good customer relationships at all levels.
Able to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals and reports.
Able to sell the full range of cyber security solutions.
