JOB PURPOSE Responsible for managing the overall achievement of Area Sales Budget & collection objectives & the control, supervision & development of Ethical & any other new Division Representatives in their respective territory ensuring that the most efficient, effective sales & promotion methods in line with established policies are adopted & any other additional responsibilities given by the Management from time to time.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To achieve sales targets and forecasted figures as determined through the available resources of manpower, intelligence, network and the study of consumer trends.To maximise products' position in the market segments through collaboration with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives to ensure achievement of sales and marketing goal.To recommend to superior for approval of short and long-team plans, strategies and tactics which are in tune with the changing times and that which takes into consideration of competitor's presence and activitiesTo foster good professional Client-Vendor relationships by providing efficient support, training and incentives as determined and in line with the Company's established policies.To identify and develop new market segments in the field with the aim to initiate market expansion of 5. each product line.To lead the sales team towards achieving high performance through motivation and continuous programme of training and development.To monitor competitor's activities and report new developments in the respective market segments.Management of all Division sales staff in their areas & solve any problems that arises.Ensure that Sales Rep performance is within expectation & to provide constant training for all products & development needs for all Sales Rep.All other matters in relation to the Management & Administration of the sales reps.JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum qualification - SPM & aboveSales & Management experiencePeople Management Skill (Internal & External)Computer literateAnalytical skillsInterpersonal skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skills
