As the brand's ambassador and role model to team members.
Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling.
inventory, VM, logistic, store operations and etc Key support to Boutique Manager in people management, e.g, coaching and motivating team members.
Client development, including recruitment, retention, engagement and always promote the spirit of excellent client experience.
Embrace the company's selling ceremony, enthusiastic in achieving sales target and optimize every selling opportunity.

Requirements Who are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years of mid-managerial experiences in fashion/luxury retail.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in fashion retail/ luxury retail.
Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.
Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
Solid leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.
Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.
Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
