Sales Supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:



-Manage distributor within assigned territories and coach distributor sales reps for performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team.


-Prepare plans with focus on results vs target set.


-Monitor, evaluate and track weekly and monthly Sell In / Sell Out targets and take necessary actions to achieve them.


-Conduct market visits to ensure activities are implemented as planned and provide feedback to distributor to ensure gaps are closed timely.


-Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization.


-Manage and improve stock in distributor's warehouse to a healthy level.

Experience:



-Minimum 2 years Experienced in FMCG Trade Field Sales
