Job Responsibilities:
Allocate, execute, and meet individual sales budget by volume and value target.
Allocate, execute, and meet individual direct coverage target.
Work with reporting line manager to develop a plan addressing market dynamics to capture market opportunities.
Explore new business and channel opportunities.
Involve in the discipline of PDCA Cycle for all SR & ESR tracking and monitor sales targets, direct coverage, and productive stores.
Ensure the reporting line team tracks execution in line with marketing and trade marketing campaigns and trade programs.
Develop, accrue, and maintain accurate customer maintenance information such as Master Coverage Data, Monthly Fixed Journey Plan, and Daily Sales Review Plan.
Ensure data submission accuracy meets 100% compliance.
Ensure compliance with basic standard operational procedures as per company direction.
Manage distributors' inventory with high compliance.
Submit claims reimbursement and collect AR from distributors in a timely manner.
Achieve fieldwork days of 10-12 days a month while working with SR and ESR.
Ensure compliance with Trade Hygiene Management adopted by the reporting line team.
Identify and propose training needs to support the reporting line in the sales team and ensure EDAR training and coaching programs are executed within the agreed timeline.
Utilize basic IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, online meeting tools) in daily operations.
Willing to assign new tasks to the reporting line sales team.
Willing to accept new tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
FMGG industry experience is a must-have.
Minimum 2 years of solid sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Relevant skills in FMCG general trade are required.
Proficient in Malay and Mandarin as this role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
