About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Warisan Kayana Group Sdn Bhd in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a full-time Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve our ambitious sales targets.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
Set sales targets and monitor team performance against goals
Provide coaching, training and mentoring to sales staff to develop their skills and drive performance
Identify and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales of our products and services
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of sales orders
Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports for management
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leader role, preferably in theSalesindustry
Preferred experience in Real Estate/Property industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis and report writing
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field
