Job Description and Responsibilities: Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales ordersIssue Delivery Order & Sales OrdersSupport day to day operations of the Sales & Admin DepartmentAdministration duties such as general filing, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwardersKnowledge of Import and export cargo handling and customs clearancePerform other related duties as required from time to time Requirements: Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma or related disciplineMinimum 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordinationKnowledge & experience in ERP system, logistics documentations & shipments arrangement with local & overseas forwarders is an added advantagesStrategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team playerGood interpersonal skills and meticulousGood attention to details and organizing skillsProficient in verbal and written in English and Mandarin Cantonese  to be able to process sales orders and interact with customers effectively1 Year contract basis
