Sales Support Admin

**What will you do?**- Provide assistance to our customers and attend to their inquiries- Generate sales quotations for customers using SQL- Process purchase orders and follow up on delivery- Communicate and coordinate with production and project team to ensure timely delivery- Handle all administrative tasks for the sales team- Follow up on outstanding quotations and payments- Providing assistance and performing other duties as needed**What we look for?**- Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Word.- Preferably with experience within the M&E, HVAC or construction industry.- Has at least one year of experience in relevant field- Able to communicate well in English- Independent and possess a good work attitude.- Experience with SQL is an added bonus.- Able to work in **Kapar, Klang**.**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):**Experience**:- sales support: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
