Sales Support Executive

Provide Ecommerce support for all AspialLifestyle business brands (Maxi Cash, Goldheart & Lee Hwa).The role manages the back-end Ecommerce cycle from data management,campaign management to order processing & fulfilment.
Maintenance of Ecommerce database(pricing, description, specification,images)Inventory management such as check toverify available inventory, top up/replenishment through uploading,removal & replacement of items that have been sold out.Prepare campaign launches &activations through new product images/inventory for uploading,price changes Assist in Live sale preparation& after sale event/campaign summaryreportMonitor stores arrangement for onlineordersOrder processing & infodissemination for fulfilment supportCoach theteam for service performance Manage timelinesin terms of ecommerce site/product readiness in preparation forbrand activities. (Market Place campaigns and In-house websitetactical promotions/activations)Goodunderstanding of ecommerce process flow and customerexpectationsPrepare and upload of images,descriptions, price and other product details for all launches inaddition to monthly activationsOrderfulfilment support (To allocate orders to various outlets withavailable inventory to supportfulfilment) Other backend supportsrolesMonitoring retail gold price and keepupdate the selling price in every platform.Execute activities driven by dataanalyticsImplement preventive and correctivemeasures of disaster recoveryplan.Track and report business outcomeof data-driven insights.Any othertasks as assigned.
