Sales Support Executive

Oversee and enhance the effectiveness of the daily sales order process through ongoing improvement initiatives.To review inventory and forecast plans to meet customer order commitments. Communicate with customers/sales personnel regarding stock availability and order fulfilment. Reschedule order loading based on inventory, planning schedules, and transportation availability.Develop and implement efficient goods distribution strategies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.Review and compile order fulfilment reports.Verify sales support department processes and documentation.Conduct weekly reviews of customer order fulfilment, update tracking files, and report weekly sales volume to the sales team and management.Address customer complaints.Lead and develop subordinates through guidance and training.Achieve monthly quality objectives and departmental KPIs.Ensure the sales support department adheres to ISO/FSSC requirements and aligns all sales support activities with the sales order process policy. Qualification: Diploma Minimum years of experience: At least 3 years and above Special abilities or skills required: Great at solving problems, proactive, analyzing situations and paying close attention to detail. Good leader and communicator, both speaking and writing in English. Mandarin is an advantage. Specify subject : At least diploma in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
