Sales Support Executive

-responsible for providing sales support and administrative functions to an assigned team of sales professionals.


-responding to customer inquiries, coordinating the delivery of customers' orders, maintaining system information that is relevant to the support function, etc.


-provide all sales reporting activities for example data gathering from multiple sources, data validation, analyze and interpret sales data.


-To liaise with the Finance Department to monitor credit limits and outstanding payments from customers

-At least Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies or any equivalent field. 


-Min. 2 years of related working experience is required for this position.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Outlook.


-Organized, focus and detail-oriented person.


-Good interpersonal and communication skills.


-Able to work independently, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.


-Willing to travel as and when necessary.
