Responsibilities:Execution of the marketing plans and schedule to meet sales targets
To provide periodic reports to MD on sales performance and collections
To service, follow-up and maintain good rapport with customers
Acquire market feedback and customer satisfaction levels when required
Follow up on payments from customers
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and ensure their requests are attended
Ensure export/local sales records are prepared as per regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals
Work closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents for preferred quotes and destinations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management whenever necessary
Qualifications:
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management or Business Studies or related qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation
Willingness to travel internationally if required
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Work closely with Managing Director to ensure marketing success, responding to client enquiries and complaints
