Sales Support

Travel management (Hotel and Ticket Reservations for the sales team)
Follow-up of RFQs, projects and all sales related open issues
Preparation Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting for the account managers
Handle International and National Customers
Occasionally Attend Customer visits, preparation of required data and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:Above Bachelor, Commercial or economics
Over two years Sales officer or Customer Service, experience or relative field sales experience
Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing
Can work well under pressure, Persistent
Mandarin, advanced English skills (understanding, speaking, reading and writing)
Advanced knowledge of all Office software (Office, SAP, CRM)
