What you'll be doing Assist the sales manager in achieving the company's sales targets in Malaysia.Assist the sales manager in handling and increasing active clients, visiting clients' production facilities when necessary.Assist the sales manager in processing RFQs.Assist the sales manager and the operations department in handling customer complaints.Manage local logistics services, such as express delivery and ocean freight.Assist the sales manager in managing all pending quotations and samples with clients, providing timely feedback to the relevant sales teams.Assist the sales manager in maintaining and managing client relationships.Provide feedback to the sales manager on potential opportunities identified from actual production setups/inventory displays arranged by clients.Provide effective communication and coordination between sales and customers.Assist the sales manager in issuing delivery requirements and schedules to the operations team.Visit clients as needed to assist Daking in Malaysia in building relationships.Assist the sales manager with other required tasks.Provide office support. What we're looking for 2 years of work experience in customer service or sales support, If you have work experience in the OEM or EMS industry, it will be considered a preference.Customer-centric – focused on customers and their needs, maintaining good customer relationships.Local Malaysian.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.Integrity, honesty, passion, and a willingness to grow. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or professional degree in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Others: Must have personal transportation and be able to travel for business.
