Details of the offer

Primary responsibility:In this new role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and sales in Malaysia. This includes taking care of inbound and outbound logistics, taking care of stock management and local billing using our CRM, supporting our resellers and larger end-customers. Further, meeting potential customers and resellers and preparing offers and tenders for larger customers in close cooperation with the CEO and the support team. Main duties Daily communication with customers in need of support and coordinating with the global support team. Ensuring successful new customer on-boarding with the tech support team (resellers and end-customers). Taking part in research for new potential customers together with marketing and future local colleagues. Stock management and local invoicing using our CRM (Odoo). Running daily operations as a team member of the local team in Malaysia. Other duties Over time increasingly giving local support to end customers  Running the local office and having a key role in the local team as the first local employee Communication Reporting Direct reporting to Country Sales Manager/Regional Director (once recruited). Until then to CEO and HQ team. Reporting within the team Superior responsibility and possible subordinates Initially none. Can be changed once team grows.
