Responsibilities Attending customer for signing agreement/S enquiry, loan and payment inquiry, loan processing.Attending RC enquiry, Insurance Claims, Refund Claims (overpaid), sent cheque for paymentCoordinate with EC AFE on documentations.Attending calls, walk in customers and other ad hoc duties.Others miscellaneous task assigned by Regional manager. Requirements Minimum SPM / Diploma with at least 1 year of working experienceWell versed in English and Bahasa MalaysiaBasic knowledges in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
