Responsibilities:Prepares quotations, proposals and contract agreements
Prepare and compile all tender supporting documents on a timely manner
Gather information on market situation, competition, and development
Prepares monthly memos including billing, credit note, complaint memo and other relevant supporting documents
Monitors ad-hoc sales such as liaising with clients on job commencement date, deployment of resources and ensure client endorses upon the completion of the assignment
Screens all incoming enquiries, complaints and feedback
To prepare department's weekly update, monthly and yearly sales report
Updates relevant internal and external stakeholders' database
Provides support in conducting site surveys, site visits, filing and safekeeping of confidential documents, memos and correspondences
Provides administrative support to the Client Services Department
Adheres and complies to the Company's processes and ensure all activities and materials meets the relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment act and equality laws.
Requirements:Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or client services function / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good analytical skills, result oriented, organized, detailed and committed to deadlines
Action oriented, innovative and resourceful with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast paced environment
Possess problem solving and decision-making skills
Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications
