The company owns subsidiaries in Chongqing, Zhejiang with offices around the globe in places such as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and now in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service Coordination: Responsible for coordinating daily communication between the sales and customer service teams, ensuring that client needs are promptly communicated and addressed.Performance Evaluation and Management: Oversee the work quality of sales clerks, including order processing, quotations, and payment follow-ups.Training and Development: Track the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals, push for team target completion, and oversee performance assessments. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.4 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.Strong ability to coordinate communication between sales and customer service teams, ensuring timely response to client needs.Proven experience in overseeing and managing the performance of sales clerks, including order processing, quotations, and payment follow-ups.Strong leadership and team management skills to track and push for the achievement of sales targets. Remuneration RM 5,000 - RM 6,000
