What is your mission?- Lead, develop and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Directors and Client Solutions Managers towards excellence and overachievement of business goals- Lead through compassionate management, building a culture of inclusion and belonging for employees- Develop and execute on a scaled strategy to grow Marketing Solutions New Business customers- Attend and support crucial client meetings while mentoring and managing the front-line team- Identify areas of opportunities in our services and contribute to the development of scalable systems, tools and processes to support New Business growth- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Marketing Solutions product portfolio and industry knowledge to be able to guide your team through difficult customer engagements- Be an expert of the components and best practices of Client Products, Client workflows, system and execution- Possess strong general management capabilities. e.g. ability to report on key business trends, create business plans and quarterly reviews- Coach for excellence and spot areas of team or individual skill deficiency- Be able to lead and provide constructive event-based feedback and deploy effective performance improvement plans**; Requirements**: - Who are we looking for?- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience- 7-10 year supervising either Account Executives or a field sales team with sales quota responsibilities- Must have comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle process, the ability to navigate the sales funnel effectively, and proficiency in making accurate sales forecasts are essential- Prepared to participate in field activities to enhance the overall success of the team- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision- Experience in operational management for expansion and scale to future SEA markets- Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer-service skills- Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
