Responsibilities  Responsibilities: Mentor and develop your team to consistently achieve their goals within a constantly evolving sales environment. Demonstrate ownership of customer interactions, with the fundamental philosophy of doing the right thing for each one. Communication of goals, performance trends, and voice of the customer to all levels of care leadership. Assist guides in learning how to consult and empower customers during phone interactions.
