Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and ensure the company's services are effectively promoted and positioned in the market.Coach and train sales team doing sales (How to attend customer inquiry through whatsapp/calling)Expert in closing customer and have proven experience and have knowledge in travelling industry in order to guide team sales to achieve target.Drive the achievement of team targets by taking full ownership of individual performance & actively participating in a high-performance team culture.Provide ongoing training, guidance and support to ensure the team remains competitive and up-to-date with industry trends.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in services.Conduct monthly meeting and provide monthly review.Prepare reports for management on sales performance, market trends and strategic recommendations.Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management. Requirements: Degree holder in tourism, sales & marketing, business administration or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing or in tourism industry.Strong knowledge of sales and operation strategies and marketing principles.Knowledge on tourism and travel agency industry.Proven experience in leading and managing teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team and customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
