Sales Territory Manager

Jobdescription Toservice existing customers regularly and improve marketshare.Toestablish potential customers and be responsible in the developmentof new markets to enhance salesopportunities.Toplan and implement sales and marketing strategies plan forpromotion and sales of products to achieve salestarget.Toassist in solving customer's technical and application problems;coordinates action with design and operations to improve existingproducts or to develops newproducts.Toprepare regular reports on territory performance (for customers andproducts against targets) and customer visits; prepares ad hocreports highlighting new business opportunities, quality problemsand lost business analysis for action bymanagement.Toundertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and relatedduties when required.Jobrequirements Candidatesmust possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Material,Manufacturing, Science orequivalent.Performance-drivenand result oriented with good communication and interpersonalskills.Independentand able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.Ambitious,Aggressive and committed towork.Ableto communicate and correspond in English, Bahasa Malaysia and otherlanguages for dealing with overseacustomers.Computerliterate MS Office applications andetc.Possessa valid driving license, own transport and must be willing totravel.Candidatewith knowledge in Die Attach and Wire Bond will be addedadvantage.Freshgraduates are welcome toapply.
