Bhd., Kuala LumpurStartdatum:..4Veröffentlichungsdatum:..4Stellennummer:MERC1Arbeitszeit:Vollzeit Join usAufgabenTask Description- Foundation program Planning, managing and executing foundation program (Brand and company, Basic Automotive Engineering, MB and competitors FAB) for all salespersons.Improve and enhance the foundation program from time to time to suit to market needsMonitoring development, performance, and qualification of the salesperson on certification status, knowledge level and selling skills level and continuously improve, realign, and develop training programs to suit to market needs 2. Sales Product Training Design, plan, organize and conduct new key model training as an event to cover all front-liners (salesperson, sales managers, service advisors, service managers and etc.)Design, plan, organize and conduct facelift key model training to all front­ liners.Organize and carry out refresher training or all key model and niche model to all new Mercedes-Benz front-liners (dealers and internal staffs) 3. LMS system Manage, develop and utilize LMS system to enhance training monitoring.Expand the utilization of LMS system for the benefit of the training effectiveness QualifikationenSpecific Knowledge and Skills- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or automotive management can be beneficial. At least 3-5 years working experience in automotive technology training and experience in Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is preferred.
