Salesforce Developer

You will:
* Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Enhance and develop projects or change requests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Participate in gathering user requirements, providing impact analysis, and estimating effort.
* Develop functionalities to meet business needs using Salesforce Platform.
* Design and implement jobs for batch processing.
* Conduct unit testing and system integration testing (SIT) on developed functions.
* Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycle by troubleshooting issues and delivering bug fixes.
* Develop custom configuration code while preserving the integrity of standard platform/base products.

You bring:
* Over 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Have good communication skills, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Have an excellent ability to complete the work independently, strong learning ability, and able to work under pressure.
* Problem solver, result oriented, sense of ownership with good time management.
* Engage in the testing and validation of integrations.
* Experience working in hybrid delivery mode, Agile/ Waterfall.
* Experiences in leading team and set key area development of team members.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APEX and REST/SOAP APIs.

Skills/ Certifications:
* Salesforce Associate/ Administrator
* Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
* Proficient in React/Angular, Javascript, Java, Database, SQL,
* Strong practical in Salesforce CRM, APEX
* Experience in MVC design architecture, RDBMS and SQL
