Objectives of the Position Salesforce Sales Cloud acts as the heart of our customer success platform, designed to empower our account managers to be more efficient and effective in their customer interactions. As we believe in continuous development, this DevOps Engineer role is critical to keep the cloud innovative and sustainable for the long term.
Main Tasks Create user stories with implementation approaches based on the requirements of the product owner Develop and deploy technical solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform Test the stability and functionality of the developed solutions and applications and create comprehensive documentation for all development work Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues discovered during operations of the developed solutions and applications Maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)
Prior work experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, in a technical capacity Experience in Agile software development methodology Additional requirements (good to have)
