We've since served over 600 million passengers from across the world. We are looking for several Outlet & Kitchen Crews (Sogo, Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid) What You'll Do: '¢ Responsible to greet customers, take orders and serve food to customers while ensuring great customer service level at all times '¢ Process cash and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems. '¢ Ensuring work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized. '¢ To stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low. '¢ Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times '¢ Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed. All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
