Full Time Position
This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP systems within an organization.
Key Accountabilities
Project Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SAP implementation.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Leadership and Team Management:Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and coordinate the efforts of developers, analysts, and technical teams.Business Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Oversee the implementation of business process improvement initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks.
Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to mitigate issues.
Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating resources and leveraging expertise.
Change Management:Champion change management initiatives to ensure a smooth user transition.
Develop training materials and strategies to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance.Performance Monitoring:Establish KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience
Minimum degree or Professional qualification ACCA/CIMA/CGMA qualification or equivalent, with minimum 8-year working experience.
A finance person well experienced in SAP for manufacturing, preferably worked during an implementation of SAP from other ERP system.
An advantage if knowledgeable about manufacturing standard costing.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Project management experience is an advantage.
