The Offer Work within a company with a solid track record of success Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job Job Responsibilities Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Self-Service (ESS)/Manager Self-Service (MSS).
Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions to address HR business needs using SAP HCM functionality and best practices.
Configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements, including customizing personnel structures, wage types, pay scales, absence quotas, and time evaluation rules.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to define system integration requirements, develop interfaces, and ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP and other HR systems.
Provide guidance and support to HR end-users, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SAP HCM functionality, data accuracy, and system performance.
Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate configured solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Assist in the development of documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, training materials, and system documentation, to support SAP HCM implementations and enhancements.
Stay current with SAP HCM trends, updates, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance HR processes and systems. The Profile You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
You have working knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP ERP You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules.
Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and ESS/MSS, with a strong understanding of SAP HCM data model and integration points. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders, business users, and IT teams.
SAP HCM certification is preferred but not required.
