We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant to join our team atIBM .
In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing and re-engineering complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the SAP S/4Hana FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Lead SAP S/4Hana FICO project initiatives, including planning, scoping, timeline management, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
Gather requirements from finance and business teams, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP S/4Hana FICO solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and be responsible for development and configuration.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
Create, maintain, and update process documentation, procedures, and technical configuration for SAP S/4Hana FICO.
Conduct thorough testing for S/4Hana FICO processes (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Develop and manage financial reports and dashboards in SAP, providing key financial data and insights to stakeholders.
Prior experience in S/4Hana implementation is essential, with a minimum of 2-3 successful implementations under your belt.
A total of 10-12 years of experience in SAP is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
