Responsibilities: As the Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end.
This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design/re-design, and/or organization structure definition.
You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make key decisions.
Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
Business Process Implementation, Business Process Design, and other skills with intermediate proficiency in those areas are recommended.
Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize the performance of the specific business function Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence Identify and analyze business requirements to ensure effective solution design and implementation Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Continuously evaluate and enhance the business function's performance through data-driven insights and recommendations FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/ BUSINESS ANALYST CL8-7 with 3-5 years hands on SAP experience in leading process design, system configuration and system deployment Must be strong communicator and able to collaborate with senior Business Process Owners and 3rd party Must have attention to detail, strong analytical and follow up skills to understand root cause and follow up on open actions Prior experience working with Global and international teams and locations advantageous Able to travel to client site in Malaysia and regionally (up to 1-2 weeks) Role is Malaysia-based (local / GCP)
